# common setting

The following settings can be configured in the common settings.

| **Thumbnail update cycle** | Select the refresh cycle for all camera thumbnails. |
| --- | --- |
| **Live streaming timeout time** | Select the amount of time after the live video is played before the live video is automatically stopped. |
| **Direct connection timeout time** | Select the amount of time after the direct connection before the direct connection is automatically terminated. |

1. \[From the Common Settings tab, change various settings.
