# not covered by warranty

The product warranty does not apply in the following cases

#### Artificial damage

Damage resulting from an abnormal working environment or operation not in accordance with the instruction manual.

#### Modification or self-repair of products

If the user has disassembled, modified, or repaired the product outside of our company.

#### Discrepancies in warranty or proof of purchase

Warranty card or proof of purchase does not match the product model or bar code, or has been tampered with.

#### Damage due to force majeure

Damage caused by force majeure such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.
