# Delete camera

Cameras connected to the router can be deleted by the customer.

 **NOTE**

- The service must be stopped before the camera can be deleted. - For cameras with direct connection (no gateway), please request Amnimo sales representative to delete the camera after deactivating the service in advance.

1. On the camera in question, click the ![](https://amnimo.com/manual/edge_gw/CloudVR/ja/assets/images/image236.png) icon and then click Status.

2. From the Delete Camera item, click Delete.

3. Click "Yes" after confirming the notes displayed.
