The integrated video management system can send notification e-mails when events, etc., that have been predetermined occur. The maximum number of notification e-mails sent is 2000 per month per tenant. Set the name of the notification definition. Enables/disables notification definitions. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-04-1024x373.webp) Set the following (1) to (2) for notification trigger settings for notification definitions. (1) Select the trigger type. (Currently only events can be selected.) ② Select the camera that will be the trigger source. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-05-1-1024x724.webp) Click \[+Add Destination\] to set the destination for the notification definition. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-06-1024x676.webp) Select the type of notification you wish to receive. (Currently only Email can be selected.) ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-07-1.webp) Set the following items (1) to (2) for the destination of the notification, and click "Add". (1) Set the destination. (Tenant users can select from a pull-down menu. All others can be set by input). (2) Select the destination type (TO / CC / BCC). ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-08-1.webp) The destination you added will be displayed in the Destination Preview. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-09.webp) To set multiple destinations, repeat step 6. **NOTE** A maximum of 10 destinations can be set per notification destination, excluding duplicates. When all the recipients have been added to the Destination Preview, click Save. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-10-1.webp) The added notifications will be displayed. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-11-1024x662.webp) To set multiple destinations, repeat steps 4-8. **NOTE** Up to three notification destinations can be set. **Enables/disables** duplicate notification suppression for notification definition notification condition settings. If you have set the duplicate notification suppression to \[Enable\], set the suppression time. **NOTE** Duplicate notification suppression suppresses the sending of event notification e-mails when the same event occurs again within a specified period (suppression time) after the event occurs. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-12-1024x642.webp) When all checkmarks are marked to the right of each item on the "Create New Notification Definition" screen, click "Save". ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-13-1024x655.webp) The creation of a new notification definition is completed. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-14-1024x269.webp) ### Editing Notification Definitions **In the "Notification Definitions" tab, click the edit icon to the right of the notification definition you wish to edit.** ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-15-1-1024x307.webp) **On the "Edit Notification Definition" screen, edit the settings and click "Save".** ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-16-1024x708.webp) Editing of the notification definition is completed. ### Deletion of notification definitions **In the "Notification Definitions" tab, click the delete icon to the right of the notification definition you wish to delete.** ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-17-1024x300.webp) ［Click Yes. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-18.webp) Deletion of the notification definition is completed. ## Receive event notification e-mails An event notification e-mail is sent when a triggering event set in the notification definition occurs. ### About Event Notification Emails Each element of the event notification e-mail is as follows | (data) item | Description. | | --- | --- | | Title. | Displayed in the format shown at right **\[Event Notification\] MM/DD HH:mm Camera Name:0000** | | sender | **no-reply@amnimo.com** | | destination | To/CC: Addresses set in the notification definition BCC: Not stated | | body (of letter) | The text is organized as follows ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-19-1.webp) | ### Open an event Click "Open Event" in the body of the event notification e-mail. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-20-954x1024.webp) The integrated video management system will open and you will sign in. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-21.webp) The event video will be played. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-22-1024x478.webp) ### Clip Download Click \[Download Clip\] in the body of the event notification e-mail. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-23-954x1024.webp) When the screen for downloading opens, click on \[ ⋮ \] in the lower right corner of the screen. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-24-1024x478.webp) Click on "Download" from the menu that appears. ![](https://manual.amnimo.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/E1705-25-1024x478.webp) The download of the clip of the event is completed.
