The AI Edge Gateway (indoor version) starts automatically when the power supply is connected.
On the other hand, the AI Edge Gateway (outdoor version) is activated when the power supply is connected and the power switch is turned ON.
Power Switch (AI Edge Gateway Outdoor Edition) #
Set the DIP switch to “Linux boot mode” and connect the power supply as shown below.

ALERT
Do not perform the following operations during the startup sequence to avoid malfunction.
- Power ON/OFF
- Removing and inserting SD cards and other storage media
- Switching DIP switches
The status of the AI Edge Gateway can be checked via LEDs on the main unit and the CONSOLE port.
