Waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof performance #
- Our products are IP66 waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof under normal conditions of use, but wear from long-term use may degrade their protective performance.
- To keep the product in good condition, please note the following
- Keep product clean and dry and away from water and other liquids.
- USB plug, earphone plug, and battery cover must be closed when in contact with water.
Precautions during use #
Prohibition of disassembly and modification
- Do not disassemble or modify the product without permission.
Attention to the environment
- Do not leave the product in dusty, humid, or watery environments for long periods of time.
- Keep product away from fire or hot heat sources.
Handling of files and folders
- Do not alter or add any files, folders or folder directories in the product.
Formatting Notes
- Do not use a formatting tool on your computer. There is a risk that the memory will not be recognized.
Precautions for charging #
Use of appropriate adapters
- Please use the power adapter provided or sold by us.
Plug cleanliness
- Keep the metal parts of the power plug dry and clean. Improper use may cause fire or electric shock.
Charging Environment
- Charging should be performed at appropriate ambient temperatures (0°C to 45°C).
- Disconnect the power supply as soon as possible after the battery is fully charged. Continued charging may degrade battery performance and shorten its life.
Battery Precautions
- Do not disassemble the internal removable battery or throw it into a fire.
- Please use safety-certified batteries provided by us.
- Discontinue use of the battery if it is deformed in shape, leaks, or swells.
- Do not dispose of used products, batteries, or accessories; sort and recycle them according to regulations.
Precautions for maintenance #
Lens cleaning
- Keep the front of the lens clean to prevent any impact on recording quality.
Avoidance of direct sunlight
- Do not expose the product to direct sunlight for long periods of time. Doing so may cause malfunction.
Charging Limitations
- When charging the battery by connecting it to a power adapter or collection device, do not charge the battery for more than 48 hours continuously.
Doing so may degrade battery performance and shorten its life.
