The product warranty does not apply in the following cases
Artificial damage
Damage resulting from an abnormal working environment or operation not in accordance with the instruction manual.
Modification or self-repair of products
If the user has disassembled, modified, or repaired the product outside of our company.
Discrepancies in warranty or proof of purchase
Warranty card or proof of purchase does not match the product model or bar code, or has been tampered with.
Damage due to force majeure
Damage caused by force majeure such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.
