The batch download feature allows users to download video clips from 1 minute up to 24 hours in length.
In environments where communication with the device is unstable, or if there is a communication breakdown in the middle of a session, video clips can continue to be retrieved to the cloud.
After retrieval to the cloud is complete, video clips can be downloaded to a PC.

Application is required to use the batch download service.
NOTE
- You may download up to 24 hours of video clips at a time.
- The total number of hours you can request in a month depends on your request, but the default is set at a maximum of 72 hours.
- Even if communication is interrupted, the data will continue to be acquired without timeout for up to 7 days if it is not canceled.
- A single device can only execute a single request.
If there are multiple requests for the same device, they will be executed after the current download is complete. - If the acquisition is not completed after 7 days, the system times out.
- Video clips retrieved to the cloud by request will be deleted after 7 days.
