Get Syslog

The Syslog tab allows you to download the Syslog file for the device.

Syslog is a log file that records various information such as work history and errors on a device.

These are useful, for example, when troubleshooting with your device.

How to retrieve Syslog files #

1. [Click Get Syslog.
   
   
2. [Click Acquire.
   
   
3. After the Syslog file has been retrieved, click Download.
   
   
4. Syslog file has been downloaded.
   
   
5. The retrieved Syslog files are also stored in the Syslog folder on the File page.
