Note on lithium-ion batteries

This product uses a lithium-ion battery. Please be sure to observe the following precautions.

NOTE

For safe use

  • Do not throw the battery into a fire or heat or incinerate it. Doing so may cause ignition or rupture.
  • Do not disassemble, modify, or solder the battery.
  • Do not subject the product to strong impact, drop, or squeeze. Doing so may result in damage or internal short circuit.
  • If you notice abnormal heat generation, deformation, leakage, or unusual odor during charging or use, stop using the product immediately.
  • Do not allow foreign objects (metal pieces, liquids, etc.) to contact the battery terminals. Doing so may cause a short circuit or fire.
  • Please use safety-certified batteries provided by us.

About Charging

  • Be sure to use the specified charger and charging method.
  • Avoid overcharging and overdischarging. Avoid leaving the battery uncharged for long periods of time.
  • Charge the battery in a well-ventilated place. Avoid charging in high temperature, high humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Do not leave the product unattended while charging.

Storage and specification environment

  • Do not store or use batteries in direct sunlight or in places where they are exposed to high temperatures (e.g., inside a car).
  • Store in a temperature range of 0 to 30°C and humidity of 60% or less.
  • If not used for a long period of time, store the batteries with 40-60% charge.

Disposal

  • Lithium-ion batteries are a valuable recyclable resource.
  • When disposing of batteries, follow local government instructions or the manufacturer's collection instructions.
  • It cannot be disposed of as general waste. It must be recycled or entrusted to a specialized company.

In case of emergency

  • If leakage comes in contact with skin or eyes, wash immediately with large amounts of water and seek medical attention.
  • In case of fire, use a carbon dioxide (CO₂) or powder fire extinguisher.
