Unauthorized modification of this AI Edge Gateway and Sensor Connection Gateway is strictly prohibited.
For safe use #
The precautions in this section are intended to ensure the safe and proper use of the AI Edge Gateway and Sensor Connection Gateway and to prevent harm or damage to you or others.
The contents that may occur if the product is mishandled are classified into two categories: “Warning” and “Caution”. Since all of them are serious safety-related matters, please use AI Edge Gateway and Sensor Gateway with a good understanding of the contents of the indications.

Handling of AI Edge Gateway and Sensor Connection Gateway main unit #
Warning. | | Do not disassemble or modify the product. Failure to do so may cause fire, electric shock, or injury. Do not insert pins, wires, or other metal objects into the main unit. Abnormal operation may cause injury, electric shock, or malfunction. Do not allow children to use it alone or keep it out of the reach of young children. Failure to do so may cause electric shock, injury, or burns. Do not immerse the main unit in water or splash water on it. Failure to do so may cause a short circuit, electric shock, or fire. Do not use outdoors or in places where water may splash, such as bathrooms. Failure to do so may cause electric shock or short circuit. Do not use organic solvents or detergents such as benzene or thinner for cleaning. This may cause discoloration, deformation, or damage. ● Use the accessory (optional) AC adapter and DC power cable for power supply, and do not use anything other than the rated voltage. Failure to do so may cause malfunction, fire, or electric shock. Do not stack units when the power is on. The bottom surface (the surface to which the nameplate is affixed) may become hot, which may cause burns or affect other equipment. |

Security Settings and Usage Environment for this Device #
The product supports encrypted communication protocols such as SSH, IPsec, and HTTPS, which can be configured on the device side to enhance communication security. Enabling these functions reduces the risk of interception of communication contents and unauthorized access.
However, to ensure higher security, use this product only in a VPN environment, connection via a dedicated line, or in a physically or logically protected network environment. If the entire network is not secured, the settings on the device alone may not be sufficient to provide adequate protection. Please take thorough security measures by performing periodic firmware updates, etc. as well.
