Alert Notification Feature Settings

The alert notification function sends an e-mail to the user when communication with the Edge Gateway/IoT Router is lost, for example.

Create new alert notification settings #

Learn how to create a new alert notification configuration.

  1. [Click New.

  2. The following screen will appear. Enter the necessary information and click “Confirm”.
    Enter a name for the notification setup. (Maximum of 100 characters.) (2) Name: Enter a name for the notification setup.
    (ii) Notification To: Click ▼ and select the users to whom you wish to send notifications. (Up to 20 users can be selected per setting.)
    Click the toggle for the desired event to enable it.


  3. Once the settings are completed, the list will appear as follows.

Edit Alert Notifications #

Learn how to modify existing alert notification settings.

  1. Click on the pencil icon of the alert notification you wish to edit.

  2. When the following screen appears, modify as needed and click “Save”. In the following example, edit the name.
  3. The edits will take effect and the editing will be complete.

Delete an alert notification #

Learn how to delete an existing alert notification.

  1. Open the Alert Notification screen and click the trash can icon for the alert you wish to delete.

  2. When a confirmation screen appears, click [Delete].

  3. If it is removed from the list, you are done.
