The alert notification function sends an e-mail to the user when communication with the Edge Gateway/IoT Router is lost, for example.

Create new alert notification settings #
Learn how to create a new alert notification configuration.
- [Click New.
- The following screen will appear. Enter the necessary information and click “Confirm”.
Enter a name for the notification setup. (Maximum of 100 characters.) (2) Name: Enter a name for the notification setup.
(ii) Notification To: Click ▼ and select the users to whom you wish to send notifications. (Up to 20 users can be selected per setting.)
Click the toggle for the desired event to enable it.
- Once the settings are completed, the list will appear as follows.
Edit Alert Notifications #
Learn how to modify existing alert notification settings.
- Click on the pencil icon of the alert notification you wish to edit.
- When the following screen appears, modify as needed and click “Save”. In the following example, edit the name.
- The edits will take effect and the editing will be complete.
Delete an alert notification #
Learn how to delete an existing alert notification.
- Open the Alert Notification screen and click the trash can icon for the alert you wish to delete.
- When a confirmation screen appears, click [Delete].
- If it is removed from the list, you are done.
