Authentication information may be required for each camera. Updating the credentials from the Integrated Video Management System will overwrite the settings made in Nx Witness.
- On the camera in question, click on the
icon and then click on General Settings.
- Click the [Setup] button under "Camera authentication information".
- Enter the camera credentials and click Settings.
