Steps to start using the service

The process to start using the application is as follows

  1. You will receive an email invitation from Amnimo to become a tenant at the email address of the person who signed the contract.
  2. Follow the instructions in the email to complete your account registration and sign in to the Service Management Portal.
  3. Tenant administrators invite members by following the instructions in this manual on how to manage members.
  4. If you have received an email invitation, please refer to the account registration instructions in this manual to register your account.
  5. After registering an account, members sign in to the Service Management Portal to begin using the application.

You will receive an email from Amnimo inviting you to become a tenant.

Within 7 days, click on the [ Register ] text in the center of the text to go to the account registration screen.
The Start Account Registration screen will open. First, set a password.

As noted on the screen, passwords must be a combination of at least 8 characters, including lowercase and uppercase alphabetic characters and numbers.

Confirm that the email address is the one you use, decide on a password, enter it, and then click the [ Next ] button.
You will receive an email with an “Authentication Code Information” to your registered email address. Copy the authentication code in the body of the email.

The validity period of the authorization code is 24 hours.
If you wish to resume the registration process after 24 hours, please click on the “Register” link in the invitation e-mail.

Paste the copied authorization code into the designated text box on the next page and click the [ Confirm ] button.
Next, you will enter the information required for account registration.

In the case of contractor account registration, various information that has been declared at the time of contracting is displayed.
Only the last language setting should be re-selected accordingly.

Enter your first name and last name, confirm language settings, and click the [ Next ] button to continue.
Finally, a confirmation screen will appear, and if there are no errors, click the [ Register ] button.

If you want to make corrections, use the Edit button to enter the correct information.

After successfully registering an account, you will be redirected to the sign-in screen of the Service Management Portal, which you can access by entering your password.

If you get a password error, click the [ Forgot Password? ] button to reset your password.

You will receive a registration completion email to your registered email address.
Please read it carefully and save it as it contains important information.
