Connect to terminal

  1. [Click Connect.

  2. Enter a user name and port number, then click Connect.
    • Enter a user name to log in to the device. (Usually, admin ) Port number is the SSH port number.


    • When the connection is complete, the display changes from “Connected” to “Connected” and then to the “Disconnect” button.

    • If for some reason the connection cannot be established after 3 minutes, the button display will change from [ Connecting ] to [ Disconnect ]. Clicking Disconnect at this point will return you to the Connection display so you can try to connect again.

    precautions
    If another user is making a terminal connection, the connection cannot be made and the following error message will appear Connection to the device failed because another user is already connected. If this message appears even though no other user is connected, follow the steps below to forcibly disconnect the other user.

    In the error message, click Details.

    Click on [ Disconnect here ].

    When a confirmation message appears, click Yes.

  3. If this is the first time connecting or the first time connecting after a firmware update, type ” yes ” and press Enter when the following message appears.

  4. The following screen will appear and you will be able to operate with the CLI. Please refer to the following manual for specific CLI operations. ➡ ” CLI User’s Manual

  5. Once the connection is made, you can move to other tabs in the device edit screen while retaining the connection.

When moving from the sidebar to another page, the terminal connection is disconnected. When you click on the page you are moving to, the following confirmation screen will appear.
